The mechanism of generating investment potential for the development of the tourism industry on the PPP platform: recovery of the economy of Ukraine

Abstract

The purpose is to support the mechanism for generating investment potential for the development of the tourism industry on the platform of public-private partnership and international cooperation for post-conflict renewal and development economy of Ukraine. Research methods: identification, classification, external connections, analysis, indexing, clustering, forecasting, ranking, grouping, economic modeling, scenarios. The countries of the world have been grouped together to introduce the DPP to generate investment potential in the development of the tourism industry. The functional features of the DPP are specified for the direct generation of investment potential for the development of the tourism industry. The partners of Ukraine have been strengthened to participate in the effective stagnation of DPP mechanisms in directly generating investment potential for the development of the tourism industry. The tourist destinations of Ukraine are structured to create a geo-economic space for generating the investment potential of European donor countries into the regional system of Ukraine. Clustering of regional tourism systems of Europe and Ukraine was carried out. An economical model of international partnership between the regional systems of Europe and Ukraine has been proposed with the help of bilateral investment flows using the cross-linking method. The obligation of direct investment flows from European donor countries for the development and renewal of tourist destinations in the regional systems of Ukraine has been secured. The effectiveness of generating investment potential of European donor countries for the development and renewal of the tourism industry in Ukraine for 2025–2028 is assessed. The rating of tourism and regional systems of Ukraine has been updated. A rating of tourism-regional systems based on the index of investment potential for the development of the Ukrainian tourism industry has been formed. A change in the type of clusters of tourist destinations in the regional systems of Ukraine has been arranged for the implementation of the international PPP with European donor countries (generators of investment potential for the development of the country-recipe for 2025–2034).
