The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of cloud technologies in the modern management of business processes of enterprises in the context of digital transformation and war in Ukraine. Cloud solutions allow companies to automate workflows, reduce IT infrastructure costs and ensure business continuity, which is especially important in times of crisis. The paper examines the main types of cloud technologies, their advantages and challenges for Ukrainian enterprises, in particular after the outbreak of war. The use of cloud solutions before and after the war has been compared, and their development and prospects for further implementation have been investigated.
Research methods include quantitative analysis of the implementation of cloud technologies in enterprises in Ukraine and the world, comparative analysis before and after the war, as well as an analytical review of the literature on cloud computing. The collected data is based on publications by leading researchers in the field of digital technologies and business, as well as statistical data provided by various analytical agencies.
The results of the study show that before the war in Ukraine, 45% of companies used cloud solutions, while after the outbreak of war, this figure increased to 65%. The main uses of cloud technologies include providing remote access to data, automating business processes and improving data security. The study shows that hybrid cloud solutions are becoming dominant among businesses because they allow you to combine the flexibility of public clouds with the security of private ones. In addition, the war accelerated the introduction of cloud services to maintain business continuity and protect critical information from cyber threats.
The findings of the study confirm that cloud technologies are a key tool for ensuring the flexibility and stability of business in a crisis. Enterprises that have implemented cloud solutions have been able to ensure business continuity even under significant physical constraints. One of the main challenges is to ensure data security, which is especially important for Ukrainian companies in the face of constant cyber threats. It is expected that further development of cloud technologies in Ukraine will facilitate their integration with other digital technologies.
