Abstract

The article is dedicated to studying the adaptation of labor resource management strategies to conditions of increased risk, which poses a significant challenge for modern enterprises during periods of socio-economic and political instability. The aim of the article is to analyze existing labor resource management strategies, assess their effectiveness in crisis conditions, and develop recommendations to enhance enterprise resilience. The research methodology includes the application of an analytical approach, risk-oriented analysis, comparison of management practices, and assessment of the impact of information security and technological transformations on labor resource resilience. The study considers the specifics of implementing digital tools and changes in corporate culture as part of the adaptation process. Key aspects of the research include the impact of information security, technological transformations, and corporate culture changes on the adaptation of labor resources to new challenges. The article emphasizes the need for developing programs to enhance employee multifunctionality and training in new skills aligned with current technological trends. Analytical methods, risk assessment, and comparative management practices are used in the research to identify optimal ways to adapt labor resources to conditions of increased risk. The research findings indicate that implementing flexible strategies, digital technologies, and information security tools significantly enhances enterprise adaptability, maintaining productivity and employee motivation in challenging conditions. Developing employee multifunctionality and training in new skills reduces enterprise dependency on external risks.
