HR management of the enterprise: human resources in conditions of sustainable development

The purpose of the study is to analyze the main functions and tools of HR management, as well as to study its impact on the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in the context of sustainable development. Methods. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: structuring and generalization of the data obtained, abstract-logical, comparative and system analysis. Results. The results of the study analyzed the main functions and tools of HR-management, and investigated its impact on the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in the context of sustainable development. The paper studies that the management of personnel potential directly affects the processes of enterprise management, its effectiveness and efficiency, which allows obtaining qualitative results in the strategic perspective. Correctly chosen HR management is the key to stable and strategic development of the enterprise. The modern practice of introducing HR management in domestic enterprises is becoming relevant every year. It is used to improve the human resources management system and reduce costs to ensure the strategic activities of enterprises. Studies of these processes are extremely relevant in terms of sustainable development. Conclusions. The conclusions indicate that the formation of a favorable internal environment for the development and maintenance of personnel potential, investing in employee skills and career growth, as well as active interaction between employees and management are key strategies for enterprises in the context of sustainable development. Effective HR management makes it possible not only to optimize internal processes, but also forms the basis for stable and successful development of the enterprise in the long term.
