Impact of globalization processes on economic development and interrelationship of countries in the world economy

Abstract

In the conditions of globalization, the main task is to strive for long-term full-fledged work, to minimize financial and economic, socio-demographic, political and environmental risks, to preserve and create competitive advantages, thus having the opportunity to ensure the further development of commercial entities and their adaptation to the global economy, ensuring the competitiveness of the national economic system and its regional economic components represented by all market entities.

The purpose of the article is the study of globalization processes in the economy and the study of their aspects of influence on the interrelationship of countries in the world economy.

Methods. The article uses the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and scientific abstraction, which are key to a deep understanding of complex globalization economic processes.

The results. Globalization mainly strengthens the position of industrialized countries and gives them additional advantages. This creates a real tendency for transnational corporations and international financial conglomerates to conquer the world economy and do it for their own benefit, not to support an abstract "global" society. The process of international economic globalization did not bypass Ukraine, which gradually took its place in the new system of international economic relations and actively influenced all aspects of Ukraine's economic development. The potential for Ukraine's participation in world markets is significant, but it has both positive and negative sides.

Conclusions. It was determined that globalization is a reality of modern society and a complex process that affects all spheres of social functioning and the formation of a single market world economy with free movement of capital, goods, services and labor. The global financial crisis and the internal situation in Ukraine both delayed and complicated the process of modernization in our country. They have also widened the technological gap between us and the modern world, and now Ukraine lacks the necessary resources to be economically competitive.

The topic of additional research should be the dangers and risks associated with the further development of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization processes.
