The development of green technologies in Ukraine’s agribusiness has been studied as a key direction for ensuring sustainable development, enhancing the competitiveness of the sector, and minimizing the negative environmental impact. The relevance of this issue is driven by global challenges, including climate change, the depletion of natural resources, and the need to comply with international environmental standards. It has been established that Ukraine has significant potential for implementing innovative solutions due to its natural resources; however, their realization is hindered by financial, technical, and institutional barriers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main approaches to implementing green technologies in Ukraine’s modern agricultural production, outline their ecological and economic benefits, identify key problems, and formulate recommendations for stimulating sustainable development in the sector. The research employed methods of comparison, analysis, and synthesis, which enabled an assessment of the current state of innovative technologies in Ukraine and their comparison with international practices. The results of the study determined that the main areas of implementation of green technologies are organic farming, precision agriculture, the use of renewable energy sources, and digitalization of management. It was found that large agricultural holdings partially integrate these technologies into their production processes, whereas small and medium-sized farms face constraints due to insufficient funding and technical support. International experience, particularly in the EU and the USA, demonstrates a higher level of accessibility to innovative solutions, supported by state assistance, grant financing, and advanced infrastructure. The conclusions emphasize the need to develop systemic state support programs aimed at financing the implementation of green technologies, improving the regulatory framework, and introducing educational initiatives to increase the technical competence of farmers. The prospects for further research include analyzing the long-term economic efficiency of green technologies, developing mechanisms for adapting innovative solutions to the conditions of Ukraine’s agricultural sector, and studying the integration of automated systems into production processes.Downloads
