Abstract

. Digitalization in Ukraine is a complex and multifaceted process that encompasses various areas of society and the economy. On one hand, significant achievements are observed, such as the development of electronic services, the growth of internet users, and the emergence of new technological startups. On the other hand, there are challenges related to uneven access to the internet, insufficient digital literacy of the population, and the need to adapt legislation to new realities.

The issue of effective management of the informatization of commercial processes in the face of constant changes and growing competition remains insufficiently studied. Despite the significant potential of digitalization to improve business process management, many Ukrainian companies face difficulties in implementing digital technologies due to insufficient digital literacy among staff, lack of necessary investments, and regulatory barriers.

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the success of digitalization of business processes in the Ukrainian business environment and to develop recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of this process. The study is aimed at examining the state of implementation of internet services and cloud computing in various industries, as well as identifying the main factors affecting the digital transformation of business processes amid economic instability.

It is expected that the research will result in identifying weaknesses in digitalization processes, particularly in the use of CRM and ERP systems, as well as developing recommendations to improve digital strategies for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. Furthermore, the study is expected to formulate strategies for optimizing operational cycles through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and reducing barriers to the transition to cloud computing and online communication, which are critical for business survival in the face of modern challenges.
