The Economic Role of International Organizations in Regulating Fourth-Generation Rights: Directions and Current Challenges

Abstract

The relevance of this article lies in the need to investigate the emergence of new rights that cannot be attributed to any of the three known generations of human rights and to determine the necessity of these rights in the twenty-first century. The main purpose of this article is to establish the role of international organizations in the fourth-generation regulation and protection of human rights and to determine the nature and purpose of these rights. The methods used for a detailed study of this topic include the logical method, dialectical method, hermeneutical method, cognitive method, inductive method, and deductive method.

Research results:Definition and analysis of the main concepts and terms used in this study. Definition, clarification, and analysis of fourth-generation human rights.Study of the role of international organizations in the regulation, provision, and protection of fourth-generation human rights. Steps to improve the process of regulation and protection of fourth-generation rights, particularly the activities of international organizations.

The practical value of this article lies in developing approaches for the further consolidation of fourth-generation rights and their regulation and protection by international organizations. The scientific novelty of the article is in the analysis and combination of new human rights related to scientific and technological progress into a new generation of human rights, which in turn requires the creation of effective mechanisms for the regulation and protection of these human rights.

Conclusion: Within the framework of this article, the author attempted to study the peculiarities of the regulation of fourth-generation human rights and to formulate recommendations for the further regulation and provision of these rights by international organizations.
