Abstract

The article considers the process of integrating generative artificial intelligence (GAI) technologies into business processes of enterprises. The main goal is to propose a multi-stage roadmap that ensures the systematic implementation of AI, taking into account key obstacles, industry characteristics and company size.

For strategic planning, a systematic approach is used, which involves analysing the literature, modelling an integrated roadmap, and developing practical recommendations for different types of enterprises. The empirical basis of the study is based on the analysis of real cases, structured data and evaluation of implementation efficiency.

A universal roadmap for the implementation of the GAI has been developed, which consists of the following stages: assessment of business readiness, strategy development, data and model preparation, integration into business processes, and staff training. Practical recommendations are provided that address the technical, human resources, financial and ethical aspects of integrating AI. The main obstacles identified were imperfect IT infrastructure, lack of qualified personnel, high costs and ethical risks. The practical implementation of the roadmap can increase the efficiency of enterprises by automating processes, optimising business decisions and adapting to changing market conditions.

The proposed roadmap for the integration of GAI provides a systematic approach to innovation, allowing enterprises to adapt to technological challenges and increase competitiveness. The research objective has been achieved, and the results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model. At the same time, it is necessary to further study the availability of solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, integration with other advanced technologies, and the development of ethical and legal norms for the use of AI. Particular attention should be paid to the development of training programmes and the improvement of digital literacy of staff, which will be an important element of the long-term implementation of AI.
