The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of self-management in students' academic activities, particularly those in management. The research examines theoretical frameworks, methodological approaches to self-management techniques, and modern digital tools for their application. Emphasis is placed on practical recommendations to enhance students' efficiency.
The study utilizes theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical methods include a review of scientific literature to identify key components of self-management and its academic integration. Empirical methods involve surveys and testing of self-management techniques and digital tools in educational environments. Reflective practices are also evaluated for their role in sustainable learning and professional growth.
The results demonstrate that self-management is essential for developing professional skills in future managers. Goal-setting, time management, and resilience are shown to be vital for successful professional development. Specific digital tools are identified as effective aids in managing academic tasks, enhancing cognitive efficiency, and improving stress resistance. Systematic use of reflective practices is proven to improve long-term planning skills and adaptability.
In conclusion, integrating self-management techniques into education boosts cognitive efficiency and fosters self-discipline, making them indispensable for management training. These findings can be applied in academic and professional contexts to prepare specialists capable of meeting modern demands.
