Economic Trends in the Migration of Capital and Labor Force of Ukraine

Abstract

The aim of this article is to identify the main prognostic scenarios for the migration of national capital and labor force in Ukraine. Most of the main prognostic models have been formed and projected up to 2030. Method. The study utilized descriptive methods, analytical methods for quantitative indicators of migration and financing in Ukraine, and forecasting methods. The forecasts for capital and labor migration are based on analytical reports by experts from the Club of Rome, who analyze economic and demographic changes and predict possible future consequences. Results. The main results of the study are considered to be the inevitable increase in labor migration and the reduction of the Ukrainian labor force. Conclusion. For Ukrainians, the main trend in the coming decades is the emergence of a global economic system, which will lead to competition in the labor market for the best workers and companies that best suit them.
