Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the role of innovation and investment projects in the formation and improvement of the integrated investment climate of Ukraine, analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of such projects, and develop recommendations for their implementation in the context of modern challenges and post-war economic recovery.
Methods. The study used a comprehensive approach, including general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis - to study the theoretical foundations of innovation and investment projects and their impact on the investment climate; a systemic approach - to assess the relationship between innovation activity, investment policy and economic development of Ukraine; statistical methods - to analyze the dynamics of investment attraction and the effectiveness of the implementation of innovation and investment projects; comparative analysis - to study international experience in forming a favorable investment environment and adapting effective practices in Ukraine; the method of expert assessments - to identify key factors that influence the success of the implementation of innovation and investment projects. The use of these methods allows for a comprehensive assessment of the current state and prospects for the development of the integrated investment climate of Ukraine.
Results. The article discusses the importance of innovative projects for the development of the investment environment, provides examples of successful projects, and analyzes mechanisms for attracting investors to the implementation of new technologies. The role of innovative investment projects as a key element in improving the integrated investment climate of Ukraine is substantiated. The authors analyze the country's current investment attractiveness, taking into account the impact of external and internal challenges, such as military operations, economic instability, and infrastructure losses. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of innovative approaches in priority sectors of the economy that contribute to sustainable development, digitalization, and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian business at the global level. It is substantiated that innovative investment projects contribute to the modernization of production processes, the introduction of new technologies, and the increase in the efficiency of resource use, which is especially important in the context of the country's limited financial and material capabilities. It is proven that such projects are capable of ensuring Ukraine's integration into global production chains, attracting foreign investment, and developing exports of products with high added value.
Conclusion. Thus, we believe that innovation and investment projects are not only the basis for the recovery of the Ukrainian economy, but also a strategic tool for consolidating its positions in the international arena. The effective implementation of such projects requires a comprehensive approach, in particular, the creation of transparent conditions for investors. Recommendations are proposed to increase the efficiency of the implementation of innovation and investment projects, including the activation of public-private partnerships, tax incentives and financial support for critical sectors of the economy. The results of the study demonstrate that innovation and investment projects can become a powerful tool for creating a favorable investment environment in Ukraine even in the difficult conditions of the war and post-war period.
