The paper examines the features of the impact of information technologies on the efficiency of logistics chains in the context of modern trends in digitalization. The relevance of the study is due to the need to integrate innovative technologies to optimize management processes in the field of supply and logistics, which is a key factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the study is to conduct a detailed study of the features of the impact of information technologies on the efficiency of logistics chains, in particular, the analysis of technological innovations that affect the optimization of supply chain management processes. The research methodology consists in applying a wide range of general scientific and special methods, in particular methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, as well as system-structural analysis, which allowed us to study in detail the patterns of the impact of information technologies on the efficiency of the functioning of logistics chains. Results. The study found that the incorporation of digital information technologies into logistics supply chains is a strategically important step towards achieving higher efficiency and reducing operating costs, as well as ensuring competitive advantages in the context of global economic changes. It was found that the integration of advanced technologies, such as automation, big data analysis, IoT, as well as the latest innovations in the field of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, contributes to increased transparency, reduced costs and improved interaction between supply chain participants, which allows companies not only to optimize internal processes, but also to significantly improve the quality of customer service, increasing their level of satisfaction. Conclusions. Based on the study, it was found that the introduction of information technologies into logistics processes is not only a tool for increasing efficiency, but also a significant transformation of the entire industry, allowing enterprises to maintain competitiveness in the face of constant changes in the market.
