Abstract

The conditions of economic transformation that Ukraine is in and the desire for sustainable development determine the importance of an interdisciplinary approach as one of the most important strategic components. This article examines these approaches, focusing on how cooperation between different sectors can contribute to the creation of a resilient and sustainable economy. At the same time, the article outlines the economic challenges facing Ukraine, including the impact of political instability, external aggression, and the need for structural reforms. These issues require innovative solutions that go beyond traditional industry boundaries, uniting the interests of the government, the private sector, and the public to promote sustainable growth. The purpose of this article is to explore the role of cross-sectoral cooperation in ensuring sustainable economic development in Ukraine. By analyzing different sectors, such as agriculture, energy, technology, and education, the study identifies key areas where collaboration can yield significant benefits. The research results indicate the potential of cross-sectoral approaches to effectively address the economic difficulties facing Ukraine. One of the key findings is that coordinated actions between the agricultural and energy sectors can lead to increased efficiency and reduced environmental impact, particularly through the development of bioenergy and sustainable farming methods. The integration of the technology and education sectors can foster innovation and enhance workforce skills, which will contribute to increased labor productivity and economic growth. Studies show that regions with strong cross-sectoral cooperation tend to demonstrate greater resilience and adaptability to economic and environmental challenges. The conclusion of the article asserts that promoting cross-sectoral collaboration is crucial for the sustainable economic development of Ukraine. Policymakers should prioritize creating conditions that facilitate such cooperation, ensuring that different sectors can work together seamlessly to achieve common goals. By leveraging the synergy between sectors, Ukraine can build a stronger and more resilient economy capable of withstanding external shocks and internal challenges.
