Abstract

This article is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of trends and changes in Ukraine's export potential in the context of war and post-war recovery. The research encompasses a wide range of topical issues, including a detailed analysis of the dynamics of exports of goods and services, structural features of exports, the geographical distribution of export flows, and internal and external factors influencing the formation and realization of the country's export potential. In the context of dynamic changes, when the course of economic processes is exceptionally rapid, and industrial enterprises are interested in ensuring at least the stability of production at the pre-war level but set themselves the goal of continuing the development and expansion of production during the war, it is advisable to consistently and meaningfully investigate the factors that influence and shape the country's export potential. The article provides a detailed study of the key problems that Ukraine faces in the process of export development in the context of military conflict and global economic changes, such as the destruction of infrastructure, the blockade of seaports, the loss of sales markets, the instability of exchange rates, the outflow of qualified personnel, and the deterioration of the country's image. It also identifies the prospects for the development of Ukraine's export potential in the context of post-war recovery and integration into the European economic space, such as integration with the EU, development of the service sector and diversification, shifting the emphasis to exports of goods with high added value, attracting foreign investment, and modernizing production. Based on the analysis, the authors offer specific recommendations for stimulating exports and increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods and services on the world market, considering new realities and challenges. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the impact of the war on Ukraine's export opportunities, as well as the adaptation of Ukrainian enterprises to new business conditions, considering changes in logistics, sales markets, and international trade relations. The article is based on current statistical data from official sources and considers the latest research in global trade and economic development. To analyze the dynamics and structure of exports, statistical analysis methods were used, which allowed for identifying key trends and patterns and assessing the impact of various factors on Ukraine's export activity.
