Abstract

. Purpose. The article is devoted to the study of wikinomics as an effective mechanism for the development of social entrepreneurship in the context of digitalisation and global economic changes. Methods. The article applies a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach that combines methods of structural analysis, comparative analysis, synthesis, and generalization. Results. The article considers the main principles of wikinomics – openness, exchange of ideas, equality and globalisation – which form new approaches to the organisation of business processes and contribute to the creation of innovative social initiatives. The article analyses how the integration of these principles into business activities can increase transparency, expand opportunities for cooperation and make business models more adaptive to a changing economic environment. The article describes in detail the key mechanisms of crowdfunding, fundraising and coworking, which are tools for mobilising resources for social initiatives. Crowdfunding is presented as a mechanism for raising funds through voluntary contributions, which makes it possible to implement important social, cultural and business projects without the involvement of traditional investors. Fundraising is considered as a professional activity to raise financial and material resources from various sources to support non-profit initiatives. The article also reveals the importance of coworking as a model of resource sharing, which allows to increase the efficiency of business activities, reduce costs and stimulate cooperation between participants. The author identifies the main challenges and risks associated with the use of these mechanisms, including lack of trust between donors and recipients, high competition, the need for active marketing promotion and instability of funding. The article also focuses on the latest Web 3.0 technologies that can significantly increase the efficiency of social entrepreneurship. In particular, the author considers the prospects of blockchain and smart contracts as tools for increasing trust, transparency and automation of financial processes, which minimise the risks of fraud and strengthen control over the use of funds. Conclusions. The importance of social entrepreneurship in martial law conditions is also emphasised, when the need for innovative approaches to resource mobilisation becomes critical. The author emphasises the need to adapt social initiatives to changing economic and social conditions, to find effective ways to overcome the challenges associated with limited resources and instability of the external environment. The integration of wikinomics mechanisms into social entrepreneurship is a promising direction for ensuring sustainable development, strengthening the economic capacity of social initiatives and increasing efficiency in the face of modern challenges.
