Abstract

The article explores approaches to assessing the balance of an enterprise’s potential, which is a key factor in its stable development and competitiveness. The study examines scientific and practical aspects of assessment and proposes an algorithm that includes a set of methodological approaches and a sequence of actions by the subject of analysis. The main stages of assessing the balance of enterprise potential have been identified, enabling the formation of an effective management decision-making system aimed at optimizing resource utilization and increasing enterprise potential.

A system for collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data on the level of enterprise potential balance has been developed, considering all key aspects of its functioning and development. This system is based on the use of both quantitative and qualitative indicators, allowing for a comprehensive view of the enterprise’s condition and identifying potential directions for its improvement.

Various methodological approaches are applied in the analysis process, including factor analysis, correlation-regression modeling, comparative analysis methods, and expert evaluation. This ensures not only the accuracy of the assessment but also the ability to consider the specific characteristics of each enterprise, its industry environment, and external market conditions. Special attention is given to the characteristics of indicators for assessing the components of a balanced enterprise potential.

The article proposes an approach to interpreting the integral indicator of enterprise potential balance based on the Harrington scale, which allows for an objective evaluation of the current state and forecasting of the enterprise's future development. Key aspects of the stages of enhancing potential balance have been identified, contributing to the development of strategic growth directions and enterprise adaptation to dynamic market conditions.

The obtained results can be used to improve enterprise management systems, develop business growth strategies, and enhance economic efficiency.
