Innovative technological support for the digitalization of educational activities of higher education institutions

Abstract

The aim of the article is to develop and substantiate the organizational and technological architecture of a digital innovation consortium as an effective form of strategic partnership between higher education institutions, scientific institutions, IT companies, startups and government agencies for the joint creation, implementation and scaling of digital innovations in the field of education. To achieve this goal, a set of scientific approaches, models and tools were used, in particular the analysis and generalization of modern research, a systematic approach to the formation of technological tools for the digitalization process, methods of structural and functional modeling and design of organizational structures of the digital ecosystem in interaction with the digital innovation consortium. According to the results of the study, an organizational and technological architecture of a digital innovation consortium was proposed, which includes key digital components, such as classical systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, E-learning platforms), specialized platforms for monitoring scientific and educational activities, software and hardware complexes based on IoT technologies, an intelligent information control system combined with a set of information and analytical tools, accounting systems for material and technical support and applied scientific projects. It was determined that the creation of digital innovation consortium allows higher education institutions to effectively integrate into the external educational environment, increasing their adaptability to changes in external conditions and competitiveness in the educational services market. The conclusions of the study confirm that the proposed architecture of a digital innovation consortium ensures the interaction of higher education institutions with IT enterprises, infrastructure units of scientific institutions and startups, contributing to the implementation of innovative scientific and educational products. It has been established that the use of a conceptual model of digitalization of functional subsystems of a higher education institution, the central element of which is the core of an intelligent information control system in conjunction with a complex of information and analytical tools, allows to increase the efficiency of management decision-making.
