Abstract

In today’s business environment, which is constantly evolving under the influence of global crises, the digitalization of management processes has become not only a technological necessity but also a strategic tool for ensuring organizational resilience and competitiveness. Project management is transforming from a purely technical function into a multidimensional discipline that integrates digital solutions, agile methodologies, and the social dynamics of team collaboration. Methodology. This article aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the potential utilization of digital tools in project management, with a specific emphasis on hybrid models that integrate elements of both traditional and agile methodologies, and on their implementation within hybrid and remote work environments.Methods. The study employs a literature review, comparative analysis of traditional and digital approaches, a systems approach to evaluating the effectiveness of management models, and generalization methods to formulate practical recommendations. Results. The findings demonstrate that digital platforms (Microsoft Teams, Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack), analytics tools (Hubstaff, Time Doctor), and artificial intelligence algorithms significantly enhance project management efficiency. Hybrid models provide flexibility, improved risk management, and more effective team collaboration. The article presents examples of digital tool implementation in the tourism, hospitality, and restaurant industries, where such tools enable organizations to adapt to market changes and improve service quality. Conclusions. The digitalization of project management is a key factor in helping organizations adapt to the challenges of the post-crisis world. Future research should address unresolved issues such as the integration of digital tools in small enterprises, the psychological challenges of remote work, and the ethical implications of AI use.
