The growing impact of digital technologies on the transformation of the business environment, the emergence of new economic models, and the need for enterprises to adapt to deep digitalization highlight the relevance of this study. Under current market conditions, innovative technologies have become the foundation for enhancing productivity, optimizing operational processes, and building sustainable competitive advantages, while simultaneously generating new risks related to cybersecurity, technological dependence, and organizational change. The aim of the article is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the impact of digital solutions on enterprise performance and to identify the financial and economic effects accompanying the integration of innovative technologies into business models. The methodological framework of the study includes a systemic approach, comparative analysis, structural and logical generalization, analytical processing of financial statements, and elements of economic diagnostics. To illustrate the practical outcomes of digitalization, data from two enterprises operating in different sectors – logistics and retail – were analyzed, which made it possible to identify universal patterns in the influence of digital technologies on financial performance. The findings show that the implementation of cloud services, analytical platforms, algorithmic management systems, IoT solutions, and robotic technologies ensures consistent revenue growth, enhances operational efficiency, optimizes costs, and strengthens the resource resilience of enterprises. The financial dynamics of Nova Poshta and ALLO confirm a stable positive trend reflected in increasing assets, improved profitability, and expanded market opportunities. At the same time, the study identifies significant technological, cyber, and organizational risks, the mitigation of which requires multi-level risk-management mechanisms, the development of digital competencies among personnel, and the creation of a risk-oriented IT architecture. The results demonstrate that digital innovations can generate long-term benefits for enterprise development, provided that risk management is approached comprehensively and business-process transformation is strategically planned.
