Evolution of private jurisprudence in Ukraine 1991-2024. Legal services as a business process

Abstract

This article examines the development of private jurisprudence in Ukraine from 1991 to 2024, highlighting key stages and trends. It analyzes the transformation of the industry from the inception of private practice to the current stage of digitalization and innovation. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of approaches to providing legal services, specifically the transition to understanding them as a business process. The main elements of this approach are considered, including service standardization, project management, automation, client-orientation, and knowledge management. The article also outlines the industry's development prospects, predicting further integration of technologies and changes in law firms' business models. The importance of balancing innovation with the ethical principles of the profession in the context of future challenges is emphasized.
