The growth of digital information, driven by economic systems, market interactions, and the activities of public institutions, increases the role of analytical tools in the preparation of management decisions. The use of heterogeneous datasets expands the possibilities for assessing socio-economic trends, identifying structural imbalances, and harmonizing guidelines for economic, social, and environmental development.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of big data digital analytics in improving the quality of management decisions aimed at ensuring balanced development and the adaptability of economic systems to structural changes.
The methodological basis is the system and institutional approaches, methods of comparative analysis, generalization, economic and statistical modeling and analysis of cause-and-effect relationships.
It has been established that the application of analytical technologies to the processing of extensive data sets increases the accuracy of forecasts of socio-economic development, enables timely identification of financial and structural risks, and supports the development of mechanisms for adaptive regulation of economic processes at the national and regional levels. Such an approach contributes to the transition from reactive to preventive management, increases the consistency between strategic goals and actual development outcomes, and improves the transparency and effectiveness of government decisions.
The integration of analytical tools into the public administration system is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the long-term sustainability of economic processes. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained by state authorities and local governments to improve strategic planning mechanisms, assess the effectiveness of regulation, and make sound management decisions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
