Abstract

The study examines the impact of advanced digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, and robotic process automation, on the transformation of business processes within innovative enterprises. It focuses on their contribution to adapting to market dynamics, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering competitive advantages, while addressing challenges such as workforce shortages, cybersecurity risks, and organizational resistance.

The objective of the research is to assess the significance of digital technologies in refining business processes, develop recommendations for their seamless integration to optimize management, accelerate research and development (R&D), and safeguard intellectual property, alongside identifying strategies to mitigate associated barriers.

The methodology employs analysis and synthesis to consolidate scientific literature, a systems approach to evaluate the role of technologies in transforming management and R&D, and a comparative analysis to ascertain their effects. The study draws on current sources and practical case studies from diverse industries to ensure a comprehensive perspective.
