Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations of the intellectualization of the enterprise development management system and develop a conceptual model for integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the management processes of an enterprise in the digital economy.
Methods. The methodological basis of the study is a systems approach, methods of structural-functional analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical modeling and econometric research methods. The work uses methods of analyzing large data sets, modeling of management processes, as well as regression analysis methods to assess the impact of the level of use of artificial intelligence technologies on the efficiency of enterprises. The use of these methods made it possible to investigate the patterns of intellectualization of enterprise management and form a conceptual model of integrating AI technologies into the management system.
Results. The article defines the essence of intellectualization of enterprise management as a process of integrating digital technologies, big data analytics and artificial intelligence algorithms into the organization's management system. The main areas of use of AI technologies in management are systematized, in particular, the use of machine learning for forecasting economic indicators, the use of Big Data analytics for processing information flows, the implementation of intelligent systems for supporting management decision-making and automation of business processes. A conceptual model of enterprise management intellectualization is proposed, which includes information, analytical and management subsystems and ensures the integration of data, analytical algorithms and management mechanisms into a single decision support system. An econometric model is built that allows assessing the impact of the level of use of artificial intelligence, digitalization of business processes, human capital and investments in digital technologies on the results of the enterprise's activities.
Conclusions. The results of the study confirm that the intellectualization of the enterprise management system contributes to increasing the efficiency of management decisions, optimizing the use of resources and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in the digital economy. The use of artificial intelligence technologies ensures an increase in the accuracy of forecasting economic indicators, the formation of adaptive enterprise development strategies and effective management of information flows.
