Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the role of creative competencies and the development of human resources in the process of integrating Ukrainian companies into the value chains of the creative industries of the European Union and to identify the main directions of forming modern personnel competencies necessary for the effective participation of enterprises in international economic networks. The study used the methods of system analysis, generalization, structural-functional and comparative analysis to determine the patterns of human capital formation in the conditions of the development of the creative economy. Results. As a result of the study, it was found that the effective integration of enterprises into international value chains largely depends on the level of development of human resources, in particular, the formation of creative, digital, entrepreneurial and communicative competencies of personnel. The features of the functioning of global value chains in the field of creative industries were analyzed and the key stages of forming the economic value of an innovative product were identified. The main groups of personnel competencies necessary for the effective participation of enterprises in international economic networks were systematized. It is substantiated that the development of the human resource potential of enterprises is a strategic factor in increasing their innovative activity, competitiveness and ability to integrate into European economic structures. An approach to interpreting the role of creative competencies as a key resource for the formation of added value in the modern economy is proposed. Conclusions. It is proven that the formation of modern personnel competencies and the development of human capital are a necessary condition for the effective integration of Ukrainian enterprises into the global value chains of the EU creative industries and ensuring their long-term competitiveness. It is advisable to link the prospects for further research with the study of effective mechanisms for the development of human capital and the formation of modern competencies necessary for the functioning of enterprises in the global creative economy.
