A Mechanism for Developing the Innovation Potential of Agro-Industrial Enterprises under Conditions of International Economic Integration

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of managing the development of the innovation potential of agro-industrial enterprises in the context of international economic integration, which is a key factor in enhancing their competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development under modern challenges. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises, determine the impact of digitalization and integration processes, and substantiate a management mechanism for the development of innovation potential. The research methodology is based on the application of a systemic approach, analytical analysis, comparison, generalization, and assessment of factors of innovation and investment attractiveness in the conditions of post-war recovery. The study takes into account the influence of digital technologies, global markets, and the institutional environment on the transformation of management processes in the agricultural sector.The key aspects of the study include the analysis of the state of agro-industrial enterprises, the impact of digitalization and international economic integration, the identification of factors of innovation and investment attractiveness, as well as the determination of development challenges in the context of post-war recovery. The article systematizes the main constraints hindering the innovative development of enterprises. Based on the conducted research, a management mechanism for the development of innovation potential is proposed. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a comprehensive management mechanism focused on digitalization, innovation, and integration into global markets contributes to improving the efficiency of agro-industrial enterprises, increasing their innovation and investment attractiveness, and ensuring sustainable development. The conclusions emphasize the importance of forming a systemic mechanism for managing innovative development as a tool for long-term economic growth and integration into global economic processes.
