Research methods. The study uses the methods of comparative analysis, data systematization, expert evaluation and economic justification of the effectiveness of accounting software implementation. The analysis is based on the criteria of functionality, integration, security, cost, and compliance with the specifics of the enterprise.
Results. The main challenges faced by enterprises when implementing accounting programs are identified and possible automated solutions to overcome them are presented. Accounting automation is an effective tool for increasing financial transparency and optimizing business processes. The choice of software should take into account not only financial aspects, but also functionality, scalability, level of technical support, and the specifics of the company's activities. Before implementing an accounting program, companies are advised to conduct an internal audit to determine automation needs, which will help them choose the best solution that meets the specifics of their business. It is also advisable to consider the gradual introduction of an automated system, starting with the integration of key modules, in order to minimize risks and adapt the program to the real needs of the business.
