Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a foundation for adaptive models for ensuring the economic security of agricultural enterprises in the context of integrating innovative post-harvest technologies and transitioning to regenerative agriculture. The various methods were used in the study, including an integrated systems approach that includes an analysis of multi-level internal and external risks, an assessment of the financial and economic performance of enterprises, and a comparative analysis of technological and organizational practices in post-harvest processing and environmental sustainability management.

The study focuses on the relationship between reducing post-harvest losses and increasing the financial stability of enterprises, as well as the role of innovative technological solutions in ensuring the sustainable operation of agricultural enterprises. The particular attention is paid to assessing the effectiveness of digital monitoring systems, precision farming, energy modernization, and regenerative practices, which contribute not only to the optimization of natural resource use but also to increasing the environmental and social responsibility of agricultural production.

The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of adaptive economic security models can significantly reduce post-harvest losses (approximately 12–20%), restore soil fertility, optimize energy and material resource costs, and directly enhance the predictability of production processes. In this case, the comprehensive integration of digital, technological, and regenerative approaches creates the preconditions for the development of sustainable economic, environmental, and social systems that contribute to the stabilization of employee incomes, improved working conditions, and the strengthening of the competitiveness of enterprises in national and international markets.

The conclusions emphasize that the further development of adaptive economic security models requires substantial research into the relationship between innovative technologies, regenerative practices, and the digitalization of management processes. In turn, the approaches outlined offer prospects for improving risk management strategies, increasing the efficiency of post-harvest processing, and integrated resource management at agricultural enterprises, ensuring their long-term economic, environmental, and social sustainability.
