Organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring sustainable growth of enterprise: the essence, components and peculiarities of forming

Abstract

Purpose. This article investigates the essence, components and peculiarities of forming organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of enterprise. The article aims to study the theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as development of practical recommendations for the formation organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring sustainable growth of enterprise.

Methods. Empirical methods (observation, description) and theoretical methods (complex methods of synthesis, abstraction, generalization, and explanation, induction, deduction) have become the methodological basis of the study.

Results. The definition of «organizational and economic mechanism of ensuring sustainable growth of enterprise» is proposed in the article. The main components of the generalizing model of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of enterprise are allocated. It is noted that in the conditions of increased uncertainty in the process of forming an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of enterprise, it is recommended to use the technology of strategic management, which should include the following components: regulatory and legal support, organizational and economic support, and information support. It is substantiated that the active use of these components of the organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the sustainable development of enterprise in the optimal sequence and subject to their constant adjustment in accordance with the dynamic changes in both the external and internal business environment in conditions of increased uncertainty, as well as the timely implementation of the proposed mechanism will accelerate the sustainable economic development of enterprise, affect its competitiveness and lead to an increase in the efficiency of its activities.

Conclusions. The formation of an organizational and economic mechanism is a critically important process for ensuring sustainable growth of the enterprise in the conditions of increased uncertainty.
