Abstract

The article explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management within the Ukrainian industry. It examines key advantages, including automated recruitment, employee performance analysis, workforce forecasting, and overall optimization of HR functions. The study categorizes AI-driven tools into three main groups based on their functionalities: recruitment solutions, employee monitoring systems, and HR process automation platforms.

Recruitment-focused AI tools such as TalentSearch, Casefair, and Manatal enhance talent acquisition by automating resume screening, assessing candidates through AI-driven interviews, and predicting job fit based on behavioral and skill analysis. These platforms help organizations streamline hiring, reducing time-to-hire while improving selection accuracy. AI-powered applicant tracking systems (ATS) facilitate sourcing, ranking, and shortlisting candidates by analyzing vast datasets and matching job seekers with employer requirements.

For employee performance monitoring, AI solutions such as Veriato 360, Visier, and Peakon play a crucial role in tracking productivity, engagement levels, and workplace dynamics. These systems collect and analyze real-time employee data, helping HR managers identify inefficiencies, detect potential burnout, and predict workforce trends. AI-driven sentiment analysis in these platforms allows organizations to measure employee satisfaction and implement proactive engagement strategies. Monitoring tools also provide predictive analytics that help organizations mitigate attrition risks by identifying employees likely to leave.

In HR process automation, Hurma, PeopleForce, and Workday offer AI-powered platforms that optimize various administrative and strategic HR functions. These platforms facilitate onboarding, performance reviews, workforce planning, and compliance management. AI integration in HRM systems supports data-driven decision-making by generating predictive models for succession planning, workforce allocation, and career path recommendations.
