Abstract

The article examines stress resilience as a key factor ensuring the effectiveness of business communications under conditions of uncertainty and increased risk. The relevance of the study is determined by growing environmental instability, digital transformation, and the increasing complexity of communication processes in modern business activities.

Purpose. The aim of the study is to substantiate the essence of stress resilience as a determining factor of effective business communications and to develop a conceptual model of its influence on communication processes within organizations.

Methods. The research is based on the application of systemic, comparative, and structural-logical analysis, generalization of scientific approaches, as well as elements of behavioral economics and management theory.

Results. The findings indicate that business communications represent a complex multi-level system integrating informational, socio-psychological, and managerial components. It has been established that stress resilience significantly affects information perception, emotional interaction, and the quality of managerial decision-making. The structure of stress resilience is substantiated, including cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and motivational components. The key factors of its formation are identified, such as corporate culture, leadership style, and organizational support. A conceptual model of the influence of stress resilience on business communication effectiveness is proposed, taking into account the interaction between external environmental conditions, internal personal characteristics, and performance outcomes of communication processes.

Conclusions. It is proven that a high level of stress resilience contributes to improved communication quality, reduced conflict levels, and the development of trust within organizations. The proposed model can be applied in human resource management practices to enhance communication efficiency. Further research should focus on empirical validation of the obtained results and the development of applied tools for assessing stress resilience.
