Abstract

The purpose of this article is to develop and implement innovative adaptive strategies for small food processing enterprises to ensure their sustainability and competitiveness in the market. In the conditions of dynamic changes and growing market requirements, such enterprises face numerous challenges that require effective solutions and innovative approaches. Adaptive strategies will help businesses respond quickly to changes and remain competitive. Research methods include the analysis of modern trends in the food industry, the study of innovative approaches to management in a changing environment, as well as the application of strategic planning and investment analysis methods. A comparative analysis was applied to determine the effectiveness of different approaches and to study the best practices used by successful small businesses in the food industry. The results of the study show that innovative adaptive strategies contribute to increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of small enterprises. The introduction of innovative marketing, strategic planning and investment tools allows enterprises to effectively respond to market changes and maintain a high level of competitiveness. In particular, the use of domestic financial resources together with the involvement of foreign financing helps to optimize business processes and increase the efficiency of enterprises. The findings of the study indicate the importance of implementing innovative adaptive strategies to ensure the sustainability of small enterprises in the food industry. The experience of developed countries confirms that small businesses play a key role in overcoming crisis situations due to their ability to quickly adapt. The results of the study can be useful for enterprises seeking to increase their competitiveness and efficiency, as well as for policy makers supporting the development of small enterprises.
