Abstract

The article is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the impact of post-war recovery on business process management in industrial enterprises, which face numerous challenges such as infrastructure destruction, loss of skilled personnel, supply chain disruptions, and reduced production capacity. The aim of the article is to investigate the influence of post-war recovery on business process management in industrial enterprises and to develop recommendations for the effective adaptation of management systems to new conditions. The paper examines the process of enterprises adapting to new economic and social conditions through the implementation of innovative and digital technologies aimed at optimizing business processes, increasing production efficiency, reducing costs, and improving decision-making quality.

One of the key aspects of the study is the issue of restoring and developing the human capital of industrial enterprises, which have suffered significant losses due to the migration and mobilization of workers. The article analyzes the need to create programs for retraining and acquiring new skills in the context of new technologies and digital tools.
