Investment models for the recovery of Ukraine's economy after the war

The war with Russia has caused significant losses to Ukraine, including the destruction of infrastructure, loss of businesses, reduced production capacity, and a decline in domestic. Effective economic recovery will require a significant injection of investment from both domestic and foreign sources. Ukraine's post-war economy requires a comprehensive approach to recovery and stabilization. One important area is investment models for economic recovery, including public partnerships. For Ukraine, the issues of post-war reconstruction and improvement of the investment climate are extremely important and relevant as they are an important driver of recovery. Public partnerships are one of the most efficient ways to attract the necessary investments for infrastructure projects that will help restore the economy, create jobs and restart the region. The purpose is to develop investment models for the recovery of Ukraine's economy after the war. Methods. The investment model studies used analytical, synthesis, comparative, generalization, logical deduction, and theoretical generalization techniques. Results. This study demonstrates the importance of investment to the Ukrainian economy. Public partnerships were found to be a crucial factor in the reconstruction and development of the Ukrainian economy in the postwar period. All of this lays the foundation for economic recovery and fiscal stability. The authors identify the main factors that stimulate investment by the state. After analyzing the peculiarities of investment in the Ukrainian economy, the investment model for economic recovery is identified. The conclusions propose the main directions for strengthening the investment model. The focus of further research will be to assess the effectiveness of investment models for economic recovery, in particular to compare different investment strategies that can effectively attract investments, such as infrastructure projects, human capital development, and SME support.
