The purpose of this study is to substantiate the impact of strategic decisions based on flexible management approaches on ensuring the economic stability of enterprises in the conditions of a dynamic modern market environment. The article examines key aspects of strategic management, including flexibility, adaptability, and efficiency. Particular attention is paid to the use of the Agile methodology as a tool that helps minimize risks, enhance process transparency, and optimize the implementation time of management decisions.
The study employs a systematic approach to assess the economic stability of enterprises, quantitative analysis methods to identify the effectiveness of implementing flexible approaches, and a comparative analysis of the success of strategic decisions across different economic sectors. Practical data were derived from real cases, particularly enterprises that integrated Scrum methods into their business processes. A review of literature sources highlighted the main advantages and challenges of implementing Agile in strategic management.
The results of the study confirm that flexible management approaches contribute to enterprises' adaptation to changes in the external environment and enhance their economic stability. Specifically, cross-functional collaboration, integrated into the Agile methodology, improves the effectiveness of strategic decision-making processes by reducing organizational barriers. It was found that the customer-centric principles embedded in Agile serve as a key factor in improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Moreover, the study demonstrated that shortening the decision-making cycle and increasing the transparency of strategic management have a positive impact on the overall efficiency of organizations.
The conclusions demonstrate that the use of flexible approaches is a significant factor in ensuring the long-term economic stability of enterprises. Based on the results, recommendations have been developed for integrating Agile into strategic management across various sectors of the economy, taking into account industry specifics and organizational scales. Further research could focus on improving existing approaches and developing methods to assess the long-term impact of Agile on economic stability.
