Organizational and economic support for improvement of components of the economic security system of an enterprise in the conditions of neotechnological reproduction: a crucial topic in economics and business management

Abstract

It is proved that organizational and economic support for the improvement of components of the economic security system of an enterprise is a complex process that covers strategic and tactical levels of management, involves the development and implementation of measures aimed at preventing, identifying, and neutralizing internal and external threats, as well as ensuring the effective use of enterprise resources. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of organizational and economic support for the improvement of components of the economic security system of an enterprise in the conditions of nanotechnological reproduction. It is noted that the organizational and economic support for improving the components of the economic security system of an enterprise at the strategic and tactical levels includes a set of methods, tools, and procedures that ensure economic security through a complex of interrelated measures of a strategic and tactical nature, which are aimed at implementing the economic security strategy, taking into account the peculiarities of the current stage of economic development, characterized by the active introduction of the latest technologies, and ensures the adaptation of the enterprise to dynamic changes in the external environment.

Results. It is determined that the developed organizational and economic support consists of three components: theoretical, organizational, and economic. The interconnection of these components is ensured by comprehensive directions of their implementation and is based on the relevant imperatives.

Conclusions. It is substantiated that the organizational and economic support for the implementation of selected strategies through the formation of strategic guidelines and tactical measures in the conditions of neo-technological reproduction is a system of measures aimed at creating and supporting the stable functioning of the enterprise through the implementation of the selected strategy of economic security and ensuring competitiveness in the conditions of neo-technological reproduction. A comprehensive and systematic approach involves integrating strategic and tactical measures to achieve the set goals.
