This article aims to explore technological innovations in the transport and logistics sector in the context of sustainability. The article examines the essence, types, and directions of development of technological innovations in transport and logistics in the context of sustainable development. It has been established that technological innovations based on digitalization and artificial intelligence are crucial for adapting to modern challenges caused by war and for implementing sustainable economic development models. These technologies effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions, decrease energy consumption, improve supply chain management, and integrate environmentally friendly modes of transport, which is particularly important for economic recovery and stabilization. It is noted that the implementation of new technologies in the transport and logistics business is accompanied by significant costs, technical complexities, and social challenges, requiring careful planning and resources. However, these technologies form the foundation of sustainable transport and logistics development, which must be considered by businesses when developing strategies for sustainable business models. The main areas of innovative research and development in the logistics sector and investment dynamics in industry startup projects are analyzed. Key technologies being implemented in transport and logistics systems (Internet of Things, blockchain, artificial intelligence, energy-efficient solutions, robotics, Big Data, analytics, and cloud technologies) are systematized, and their advantages and implementation challenges in sustainable development are identified. The role and significance of innovative technologies in logistics for future reconstruction projects in Ukraine are outlined. Implementing technological innovations is hoped to become a key stage in Ukraine’s post-war recovery. Instead of destroyed transport and logistics systems, new ones will be created based on modern digital and technological capabilities, facilitating rapid economic recovery and integration into the global economic space.
