Economic efficiency of artificial intelligence use in resource management of Ukrainian enterprises

Abstract

The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into the management processes of enterprises is an important factor in increasing their economic efficiency and competitiveness. In the context of constant economic challenges, such as macroeconomic instability and the need to adapt to global trends, the use of innovative technologies is becoming strategically important for Ukrainian enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of AI in managing the resources of Ukrainian enterprises and to identify the main factors that facilitate or hinder the integration of these technologies into business processes. In the process, the author used an analytical and synthetic approach to comprehend and systematize the scientific works of leading researchers, as well as a comparative and analytical method and a method of scientific abstraction, which made it possible to formulate reasonable conclusions and generalize the results. The research results showed that AI is a powerful tool for improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, in particular, in reducing the cost of resource management and optimizing demand forecasting processes. The use of AI can significantly reduce the time for making management decisions, improve planning accuracy, and ensure more efficient use of financial and human resources. However, achieving maximum results requires comprehensive training, investment in infrastructure, and the development of policies that support the development of digital technologies in Ukraine. The conclusions indicate that the use of AI in enterprise resource management is a promising area for achieving economic efficiency and ensuring the sustainability of enterprises in the face of economic instability. However, for the successful implementation of this process, state support is required, which includes financial incentives, staff training, and the creation of a favorable investment environment for the digitalization of enterprises. Only with a comprehensive approach will businesses be able to fully take advantage of AI and increase their competitiveness in international markets.
