The purpose of the study is to assess the efficiency of the functioning of tourist enterprises in Ukraine in conditions of a full-scale armed invasion by applying modern statistical and economic methods of analysis. The object of the study is tourist enterprises. The article characterizes and justifies the importance of analyzing the efficiency of the functioning of tourist enterprises in Ukraine in conditions of deep crisis transformations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and a full-scale armed invasion. Key economic indicators are identified that reflect the dynamics of the industry in 2020–2023, in particular the number of enterprises, employed persons and the profitability of operating activities. It is proven that after a sharp decline in 2022, partial stabilization began in 2023, which indicates the adaptive potential of the industry. The feasibility of using statistical analysis for quantitative measurement of efficiency and formation of an objective basis for management decisions is substantiated. It is established that under martial law, tourism enterprises lose traditional markets, but form new directions - in particular, volunteer, memorial, domestic tourism. Changes in business models, investment flows and employment are characterized. A SWOT analysis of tourism enterprises is conducted, which characterizes the main strengths and weaknesses, as well as strategic opportunities and threats to the industry. A conclusion is made about the need for state support, digital transformation and attracting international assistance to form a competitive tourism system in Ukraine. The research materials can be used for further scientific research, development of regional tourism development strategies, as well as in the practical activities of analytical centers, state administration bodies and enterprises in the industry.
