It is noted that after the war, Ukraine will face the need not just to restore what was destroyed, but to deeply modernize all socio-economic processes. In this context, digital infrastructure plays a key role - not only as a technical foundation for new services, but also as a catalyst for the transformation of the state, economy and society. It creates the prerequisites for transparent governance, economic reconstruction, efficient resource use, inclusive access to services, human capital development, and increased national security. The institutional sustainability of digital transformation in Ukraine is being formed in close cooperation with international partners, including SDC, USAID, the UK Government, the European Union, and GIZ. Conclusions. It is noted that the formation of digital infrastructure is a determining factor in Ukraine's development and economic stabilization. It provides the basis for the modernization of production, transparency of management processes, and effective interaction between the state, business, and citizens. Digital solutions contribute to the growth of investment attractiveness and the development of innovative sectors of the domestic economy, increasing its competitiveness on the path of integration into European markets. Post-war reconstruction should rely on digital tools as key drivers of sustainable development. In this context, digital infrastructure becomes both a technological basis and a guarantor of economic security and progress.
