Organizational and economic concept of implementing the attributes of the new economy into the civil protection and post-war reconstruction system

Abstract

Abstract: In today's world, which is increasingly driven by the dynamics of digital transformation, the new economy emerges as a key vector of development, in which intellectuals play a key role technologies, including piece intelligence (HI), Internet of speech (IoT) and digital platforms. Their promotion has already changed the traditional statements about production, services, management, and other tools that are more often viewed as strategic assets not only in the business sector, but also in public administration, support in systems of civil protection and renewal of national states after military ruins. In this context, further investigation is used to formulate a comprehensive integral model of organizational and economic ensuring the implementation of the concept of implantation of attributes of the new economy into the civil system I hope it will be adapted to the needs of military innovation. The task of investigation is to identify the key mechanisms, principles and strategies that will ensure the effectiveness of such implementation, as well as the establishment of supporting tools assessments and decisions will be made in the minds of the Ukrainian socio-economic context. Based on a review of key technologies, it was determined that they allow not only to thoroughly refine operational response, but also to transform the very paradigm of managing the risks of transferability, decentralization and fluidity in decision making. The main warehouse concepts for introducing the tools of the new economy into the system of civil protection and military renewal of the national dominion are structured. The key warehouse organizational and economic mechanisms for introducing technology into the civil safety system in terms of the main instruments of the new economy are detailed.
