The genesis of an enterprise's entrepreneurial potential is an important topic for research in today's economy, which is characterized by dynamic changes, globalization, and technological innovations. Entrepreneurial potential is defined as the set of resources, opportunities, and capabilities that an enterprise can use to create new products, services, or processes. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main features of the formation and development of entrepreneurial potential, as well as the factors that influence its effectiveness. Methods. The study uses a number of important methods, such as a set of analytical and comparative, historical, and practical situation methods.
Identifying and developing key characteristics of an enterprise is important for this study. This involves analyzing strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats, which allows strategic priorities to be determined. An important component of entrepreneurial potential is innovation, which ensures the creation of new products and services that meet market needs. Innovations can be both technological and organizational, and their implementation is critical to maintaining competitiveness.
Results. The study showed that the issue of adapting the enterprise to changing market conditions and the principles of sustainable development is no less important. Flexibility in decision-making and the ability to respond quickly to challenges are important components of entrepreneurial potential. This requires constant monitoring of market trends and adaptation of strategy in line with changes.
Conclusions. In conclusion, interpreting an enterprise's entrepreneurial potential is a complex and multifaceted process that includes analyzing internal and external factors, developing key competencies, innovative activities, and management culture. Understanding these aspects allows enterprises not only to survive in a competitive environment, but also to achieve success in the market. Thus, research into the genesis of entrepreneurial potential is relevant and necessary to ensure the sustainable and stable development of enterprises in the modern world.
