Modern approaches to adapting foreign economic activity management theories in martial law conditions

Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to adapting theories of foreign economic activity (FEA) management under martial law in Ukraine. It outlines the challenges faced by enterprises in the FEA sector and highlights the need to revise classical management concepts. Based on theoretical analysis and a case study from the agricultural sector, an Integrated Model of Adaptive FEA Management is proposed. This model includes components of strategic planning, digitalization, logistics, cooperation with government institutions, and economic security. The model serves as a practical tool for maintaining the competitiveness of enterprises in conditions of high uncertainty.
