The objective of this study is to analyze Agile HR as a key factor in successful business engineering. In the face of destructive challenges for business structures, the importance of designing activities in all directions becomes particularly significant. The application of Agile HR ensures an innovative approach to managing the company's human resources, focusing on employee needs and continuous real-time feedback.
Methods: The study employs methods of systems analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, and generalization of scientific works. An analysis of recent studies and publications indicates the loss of relevance of traditional methods of managing human potential and the need to implement innovative approaches such as Agile HR.
Results: The main principles of using Agile HR include the preference for collaborative networks over hierarchical structures, an emphasis on transparency and adaptability, inspiration and interaction, and internal employee motivation. Agile HR significantly expands the possibilities for collaboration and innovation, contributes to the company's flexibility, supports continuous staff training, and attracts new talents. Agile ensures the ability to respond to changes and achieve success in an unstable environment.
Conclusions: Agile HR is an effective management tool that ensures the optimal functioning of a modern company through the implementation of managerial innovations. The use of Agile HR creates conditions for a powerful, independent, and motivated human potential, promotes career growth, and optimizes communication between managers and employees. Prospects for using Agile HR in domestic companies include creating a system of flexible response to employee needs, enhancing motivation for continuous professional improvement and development, as well as developing consulting-discussion platforms for feedback.
