Abstract

The concepts of Smart Security and Smart Sustainability act as strategic drivers of such transformation, ensuring a combination of risk management, resource efficiency and social responsibility. The aim of the article is to study the key aspects of implementing Smart Security and Smart Sustainability in the business ecosystem through the selection and implementation of comprehensive sustainable development projects through public-private partnerships. The study considers the concepts of Smart Security and Smart Sustainability as complementary approaches capable of forming new models of interaction between business and the state, optimizing management decisions and increasing the economy's resilience to external risks. The key differences and points of intersection of these two concepts are summarized, demonstrating their role in shaping the modern digital development paradigm. A comparison of Smart Security and Smart Sustainability in the context of the business ecosystem demonstrates that both approaches are complementary elements of a single development model. Smart Security ensures the security of infrastructure, participants and value chains, creating a foundation for trust and functional stability. Smart Sustainability forms a framework for responsible resource use, environmental modernization and accountability, which determines the long-term competitiveness of business. The implementation of complex projects through public-private partnerships allows combining resources, knowledge and innovative practices of various participants in the business ecosystem, creating synergy to achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability. The article summarizes complex projects as a practical implementation of Smart Security and Smart Sustainability in business ecosystems. The analysis of complex sustainable development projects demonstrates that the effective combination of Smart Security and Smart Sustainability in the business ecosystem contributes to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, minimizing risks and ensuring sustainable development at the regional and national levels. The practical implementation of these concepts through public-private partnerships allows optimizing management processes, integrating innovative solutions and stimulating responsible interaction between business and the state, creating conditions for long-term economic growth and social stability.
