The role of digital innovation in ensuring the business interests of agricultural enterprises in the context of the economic crisis

This article examines the essence of business interests and economic interests of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, emphasizing the importance of digital innovations for their transformation and adaptation to new economic conditions. The authors consider various aspects of interests, pointing out their interdependence and importance for the strategic management of enterprises. The paper emphasizes that business interests focus on profitability, competitiveness and operational efficiency, while economic interests encompass macroeconomic conditions, sustainable development and the regulatory environment. The analysis demonstrates how these interests differ depending on the goals of the enterprise. Special attention is paid to the implementation of digital innovations in the agricultural sector, which helps to optimize the management of resources and markets, increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. It turns out that the introduction of digital innovations is accompanied by challenges such as cyber security, high cost of technology, infrastructure limitations and the need for personnel training. The authors emphasize the importance of state support and cooperation with other enterprises to overcome these challenges. The article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to digitalization, taking into account economic and social aspects, which will allow agricultural enterprises to successfully adapt to modern challenges and ensure sustainable development.
