In the modern digital era, organizations are actively using personalized approaches, automating routine processes, and creating innovative development programs to attract and retain talent more effectively. However, digital transformation also presents new challenges for talent management, such as the need for continuous employee training, effectively managing remote teams, and ensuring cyber security for the organization and its employees. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of digital technologies on modern talent management approaches, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and challenges in attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified specialists. The research pays specific attention to the role of digital tools in internal recruitment processes and the organization of effective training. By analyzing practical examples of digital tool implementation in talent management within leading companies worldwide, the study identifies effective practices and determines best approaches. Key digital trends in talent management have been pinpointed, including the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment, the development of personalized training programs, and the need for promoting a flexible work environment. The study results confirm that digital technologies are fundamentally changing talent management approaches. Digitization poses complex challenges to society, but also opens up new opportunities. Instead of blindly following the outdated paradigm of the educational pyramid, it is necessary to develop new strategies that take into account the realities of the labor market. In the digital age, having employees with advanced digital skills and competencies is becoming a key success factor for organizations. These competencies mean not only technical knowledge, but also the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and work effectively in a digital environment. To successfully adapt to these new conditions, the authors suggest investing in the development of digital competencies, implementing innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analytics, ensuring cyber security, and creating a flexible organizational culture. This study contributes to the understanding of how organizations can successfully manage talent in the context of digital transformation and can be a valuable resource for managers, HR professionals and anyone interested in the development of human capital in today's world.
