Innovative strategies for enhancing team performance in a rapidly changing business environment

The study’s relevance stems from the growing role of teamwork as a key factor in enterprise competitiveness in a rapidly changing business environment. Market dynamics, the digitalization of management processes, the spread of flexible forms of labor organization, and increased uncertainty underscore the need to implement innovative strategies to enhance team efficiency, adaptability, stability, and their ability to make management decisions jointly. Traditional approaches to personnel management, focused mainly on individual productivity and rigid hierarchy, are increasingly proving insufficient to ensure high team performance in conditions of constant change and increasing complexity of business processes.
The purpose of the article is to substantiate innovative strategies for increasing team efficiency by analyzing modern management approaches, digital tools, and models of team interaction. The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and specialized methods of cognition, in particular, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, and modeling.
The study found that implementing innovative strategies focused on flexible organizational models, digital support for teamwork, the development of autonomy, cross-functional interaction, and employee involvement increases team efficiency and enhances enterprises’ ability to adapt to changes in the external environment. It is concluded that increasing team efficiency in modern conditions requires a comprehensive strategic approach that combines innovative management solutions, digital tools, and the development of team interaction. The results obtained can be used in management practice to develop strategies for team development and increase enterprise effectiveness, as well as to accelerate the implementation of changes without compromising task performance quality.
