Abstract

In conditions of martial law, the issue of economic security for business entities becomes critical, as disruptions to supply chains, reduced demand, and increased operational and currency risks affect the stability of operations and the financial balance of enterprises. The goal is to provide guidance on strengthening the economic security of car dealership networks during martial law, while accounting for demand volatility, logistics disruptions, currency fluctuations, and increased operational risks. Attention is focused on making flexible management decisions that ensure business continuity and financial stability. Methods. System analysis, comparison, generalization, scenario analysis, and expert assessment methods were used. Risk factors were assessed, financial indicators were analyzed, changes in consumer behavior were studied, and the impact of military threats on the activities of dealer networks was studied. Logical and analytical tools were used to substantiate decisions on resource redistribution, diversification of supply channels, and increased operational stability. Results. Key threats to the operations of car dealership networks under martial law include reduced effective demand, disruptions to car imports, increased logistics costs, currency risks, and damage to infrastructure. A set of actions is proposed to strengthen economic security, which includes diversification of suppliers, optimization of warehouse stocks, use of alternative logistics routes, digitalization of sales and service processes, expansion of after-sales service, implementation of real-time risk monitoring systems, and adaptation of financial policy. Conclusions. Integration of anti-crisis solutions into business process management ensures increased liquidity, reduced losses, and preservation of the competitive positions of car dealership networks. A key factor in adapting to changes is the enterprise’s ability to respond quickly to risks, maintain financial balance, and ensure the stability of operating activities, which creates the prerequisites for business recovery after the end of hostilities.
