Purpose. This article aims to develop methodological approaches to assessing the socio-economic resilience of enterprises operating under conditions of crisis transformations and high turbulence of the economic environment. The study seeks to substantiate the necessity of integrating human capital into the conventional framework of economic resilience, thereby expanding its conceptual boundaries beyond purely financial and resource-based indicators. Methods. The research employs a set of general scientific and specific methods, including systematic analysis, synthesis, and conceptual generalization of existing theoretical frameworks on business resilience. The methodological approach is grounded in an integrated assessment model that combines economic and social dimensions of enterprise stability. Comparative analysis was applied to examine the interdependence between financial performance indicators and the qualitative characteristics of human capital. Results. The study identifies and systematizes the core components of socio-economic resilience as an integrated system comprising two interrelated subsystems. The economic subsystem encompasses financial stability, resource flexibility, investment adaptability, and digital analytics. The social subsystem includes personnel stability, professional competencies, staff adaptability, motivational mechanisms, organizational culture, and employees' capacity for continuous learning. It is established that personnel stability, managerial flexibility, the development of digital competencies, and the adaptive capacity of the workforce collectively determine an enterprise's ability not only to maintain operational continuity following crisis shocks, but also to form new development trajectories. The feasibility of transitioning from a narrow interpretation of economic resilience toward the broader concept of socio-economic resilience is substantiated, with emphasis placed on the interdependence between economic performance and human capital quality. Conclusions. The findings confirm that human capital constitutes a key factor in ensuring enterprise adaptability and stability under uncertainty. The proposed conceptual framework provides a basis for further development of resilience assessment methodology and the formulation of anti-crisis management strategies. The results may be applied to identify priority directions for strengthening enterprise resilience in conditions of ongoing crisis transformations.
